The Post Office is a UK institution, providing a host of services to millions of people every day. Having embarked on a very ambitious multi-year transformation to become profitable and commercially viable they knew they had to catch-up fast. At the heart of this was a programme of work to bring the brand into a mobile-first world, by reimagining its products and services.
Over 18 months we worked in partnership with their Digital Innovation team to lead and build out their product, design, QA and development capabilities - growing them from a team of 4 to a fully operational digital function of over 40 people.
