Workshop design and facilitation using Design Thinking and LEGO Serious Play. I help people solve problems.
What do you care about most in your work?
I like helping people do what they do better. Not because I can do it better, but because I know some ways that might mean they can.
What did you do prior to &us?
My before here life was in journalism for a while. I was a newsreader on the radio, then I did motoring and motorsport journalism before moving into corporate website management.
I worked in e-commerce at Bosch/NEFF/Siemens/Gaggenau home appliances before I found my calling in innovation; specifically working on the aforementioned brands’ smart home platform, Home Connect. Worked in a software consultancy for a while after that, doing Design Thinking for cloud native transformation projects.
What you might not know about me…
I race motorbikes. I make a good old fashioned and very good French omelette.
