We need a growth manager with the energy and know-how to really supercharge our new business drive. Working directly with one of the co-founders, you’ll be so important to the company it hurts, playing a role in how we maximise our brand impact, driving new business, and creating a winning client experience.
Everybody at &us contributes to growth, so you’ll be part of a big team effort. There’ll be lots of big thinking but also a fair amount of nitty gritty, managing databases and generating opportunities in the market.
We need someone with passion. A quick-thinker, excellent stakeholder manager and powerful communicator.
As a Growth Manager at &us, your responsibilities will broadly be:
Define and drive the strategy for generating new leads in the marketplace
- Identify key audiences and industries to target
- Design authentic experiences that inspire interest in &us
- Manage the content we create for these audiences
Develop our proposition so that it offers real value in the marketplace
- Understand the problems that businesses and leaders face
- Co-design how we evolve our offering to best meet their needs and fuel innovation
- Experiment with new offerings in the marketplace
Generate new business for &us
- Coordinated outreach to bring potential clients into the &us world
- Ensure we’re brilliantly prepared for new business meetings, including being armed with relevant insights and research.
