What do you do at &us?
Send obnoxious amounts of emojis on Slack.. and in my free time – help out with all things people and operations. Organising fun social activities for all of (&)us, hiring cool and talented people, making sure everyone is treated well and last but not least… bother Alex S 😁
What do you care about most in your work?
Definitely being passionate about what I do!
But also doing something that aligns with my values. I like to be given an opportunity to grow through challenges and value honest feedback. Hopefully, being able to help someone and have fun at the same time 🙂
What did you do prior to &us?
Not much 😅 Got a BSc in Psychology, tried to figure out what I want from life (I am still doing that in fact, and don’t expect to stop until I retire; settled in a nice, secluded house somewhere in the Mediterranean).
What do you do for fun outside of work?
I love cooking, for the most part, I ask myself “How can I make a fancy meal out of my leftovers?”.
Roam around as many cool cafes and restaurants in London as I can find, buy overpriced eggs, learn new languages, do yoga, walk (everywhere I can and probably for way too long) and travel!
